Dentist offers check-ups over the internet

dental_check_up.jpg A London dentist Jerry Watson is giving patients online check-ups. He examines their teeth via webcam and decides if he needs to see them in person. However the patient still has to visit a clinic to be filmed and have a £50 clean by a hygienist at the same time.

Dr Watson believes the technology could ultimately mean people getting a check-up at home.
