diabetics_tools_1.jpg For all those diabetic patients who are bored of their regular monitoring gadgets and are looking for something fresh and new for themselves, here is some good news. Designer Sascha Morawetz has created this pair of Diabetic tools that should ease some of the pain and shame usually linked with this illness. The inhaler, dubbed "Ninos AS", generates an insulin aerosol, replacing the common insulin pen.

This designer gadget is accompanied with a special thread allows an exact adjustment of the insulin dose. Incorporating a bloodless glucose measurement system, the "Ninos GL" can also be used as a diary, useful for collecting statistics for optimizing therapy.
