Robo-doc to perform surgery in space

Untitled-1.jpg
Very soon you will be able to get a face lift done simultaneously while you are traveling in the space cruise. Doesn’t it sound amazing? Researchers from SRI International and the University of Cincinnati will conduct the first-ever robotic surgery in simulated zero-gravity aboard a NASA C-9 aircraft flying 34,000 feet over the Gulf of Mexico. The Weightless Wonder that is the C-9 will simulate the microgravity of space and variable gravity of military critical care air transports by performing 40 parabolas per flight, each 18 to 25 seconds long. This software will help robo-doc to compensate for the errors in movement while flying through space or over a battlefield in a medivac flight. This surgery can be controlled from thousands of miles away.

So astronauts no longer need to worry of falling sick during space flights, where as soldiers injured in battle and patients living in remote regions will get instant treatment thanks to SRI telerobotics software.
